How ModTabata Started

ModTabata began as a simple indoor bike, a busy schedule, and frustration with workouts that demanded more time than real life allowed. We wanted fat-burning results without burnout, so we built a clear, repeatable interval system that prioritizes performance, recovery, and consistency over punishment.
